We congratulate the remarkable women who just completed the Women Lead Sports Master Program - proudly sponsored by FIS - The International Ski and Snowboard Federation. This initiative exemplifies FIS'commitment to their Five-Year Strategic Plan, ensuring diversity, genderequality, and inclusion are at the heart of decision-making at all levels.

After months of intensive weekly sessions, these remarkable leaders have transformed from individual participants into a powerful sisterhood of change agents. They've mastered effective leadership through our comprehensive program that we developed and evolved over nearly two decades - goes beyond traditional education. We train women in the real skills needed to win campaigns, secure decision-making positions, and drive transformational change in sports leadership.
